Payment to be made by cash ,cheque or direct bank transfer.

Prior to any work being carried out, a full visual inspection will be carried out internally and externally, notes and pictures will be took of any damage or stains etc, this is to ensure the protection of the owner and the engineer.

Servicing is always carried out to the highest standard to ensure the safety of the owner.

Where during a service a fault is found which is beyond the normal servicing schedule, the owners permission to repair or replace will always be obtained before any work is carried out. An excess charge for any extra time and parts will be made.

In the case of an engineer not being able to gain access to the caravan/motorhome or any security devices or unavailability of keys, the booked service charge will still be applied.

It is the owners responsibility to ensure access is available at all times on the date agreed for servicing, there needs to be sufficient clearance of 1 meter all around the caravan to allow sufficient access to the wheels and external equipment. The interior must be clear of any obstructions and the floor area clear, this is to allow the access of internal equipment needed to carry out the service failure of this will endure extra charges being applied to the cost of the service.

The toilet cassette MUST be EMPTY and clean or the toilet will not be serviced.

Pricing- initial call out fee and for the first 30 minutes of labour- £40.

Hourly labour rate after the first 30 minutes- £40.

Payment is due strictly on completion of any work carried out, failure to pay in full will result in the caravan/motorhome keys being retained by the engineer and a immobilisation device will be fitted.

Parts- all parts used will be OEM specifications and are chargeable in addition to labour at the lowest available price possible.

Special ordered parts are NOT refundable and will include any carriage costs where appropriate.

All wheels will be torqued to the correct manufactures setting and the customer will be asked to sign off that this has been done. It is the customers responsibility to have the wheel bolts re-torqued within 50 miles of the wheels being taken off.

Before an engineer leaves on completion of all work, all appliances will be turned off from the source.

The customer will be asked to sign the paperwork after completion and by doing so, you have fully checked all items in the caravan/motorhome are switched off-the engineer will take no liability after that point.
